朝3時。私も子供達も暑さに耐えられず、寝室からリビングへ移動。ベランダの戸を開けたら、涼しい風が！！最高。ここだったら寝られる。朝4時に撮った写真。
3am - The kiddos and I couldn't stand the heat, so we left the bedroom and went into the living room. I opened the balcony door and felt a cool breeze! Thank heavens! We can sleep here. This is a picture I took at 4am. 

数日前から記録的な暑さが続いてます！子供達は、家の中で何もしてないのに汗ダラダラ。。。
We're experiencing record high temperatures for the past few days. The kids aren't doing anything in the house, but are still sweating like crazy.
