Went to a Day Out with Thomas event!
ネットでの評判、悪くはないけれど、すごく良いというわけでもなく。
なので、あまり期待しないで行きました。それで、正解だったかな（笑）
The reviews online weren't bad, but not too great, so I went without high expectations.
I think that was a good decision!
There were lots of little activities like jump houses, face painting, storytelling, getting Thomas character tattoos, magic shows, and getting pictures taken with Thomas. For those who love Thomas, this is a really great event.
７歳の娘は、「私、トーマス好きじゃない。」と言ってました。それはそうだよね〜。このイベント、息子のためのものです。
My seven year old daughter told me, "I don't like Thomas." Yes, I know...I reserved these tickets since I thought my son would enjoy it.
息子は、嬉しそうだったけれど、行くまで渋滞に巻き込まれ、人混みと日差しの強さで少しお疲れ気味。でも、トーマス電車に乗れて嬉しかったみたい。
My son seemed happy, but it took us a long time even to get there because of traffic. On top of that, there were lots of people and the heat was getting to us. But he seemed to enjoy the Thomas train ride.
でも。。。一番楽しんでいたのは、私かも（笑）
トーマス電車に実際に乗ってる時間は、たったの２０分。それで一人＄２５！高い。。。だけど山奥の森の中を走るので、気持ち良かったです。癒されました〜。
But I think I was the one who had the most fun. The actual train ride is only about 20 minutes and it costs $25 per person. It is expensive for what it is...but the train goes deep into the forests in the mountains, so it's really relaxing.
While the train is running...we can't see Thomas' face at all.
こんなところも通るので、少しスリルあり？！
