かなり前のことですが、娘からバレンタインカードをもらいました！

XOXOの意味 Meaning of XOXO
メールやカードで「xoxo」と書きます。「xoxo」は「hugs and kisses」（ハグとキス）という意味。

「o」はハグしている腕に見えるので「o」が使われています。「x」は昔十字架を象徴しました。何かを誓う前にキリスト教徒の方は、十字架にキスしました。それで、手紙を書いた時には十字架を象徴した「x」を書いてキスして、自分が書いた内容が真実という証拠になりました。今は、そのようなことはしませんが、「x」は、キスを象徴しています。
